I sent a message using the online Support option but underneath the icon it says "offline". I used to be able to find a button to click on which would take me to any available updates but I've no idea where to find how to do that now. I find the website impossible to navigate now. In fact it's so slow that I have to close the program down and start it again and when I do that I lose any of the changes I've made!
